Terrible experience with customer service and their door. Hinge on Bilco door in 5 year old house rusted through. I grew up with a Bilco door as did many of my friends...they surely last longer than 5 years. Service guy they sent out said it was defective and should be replaced by Bilco. They replied via email saying door was 4 months past warranty so too bad. I left numerouse voicemail messages with CSM to discuss, no return calls.
we paid extra for the prefinished door and in less the 2 years the door is already rusting and all the company sales rep did was spray a little touch up paint on it..
