I went in the other day after a flat to get those last 30psi into my tire. Not only was I treated like a rock star, but they offered me a water refill!! Great customer service!

Hmmm bring my bike to get it fixed... They can't fix it... No problem thats fine. But I went to pick it up... It broke worse than I dropped it off... The tech said... "Well you must have dropped it off that way" horrible.... Lost customer for life!
