This place is the only Bike Shop I enter. Wonderful friends here always going beyond selling bicycles, parts, and other shop items. I always leave happy
Very knowledgable and helpful! Not knowing much about my bike myself, Matt took the time to give me a detailed tutorial on how to change both tires. They also showed me how to set my bike up on a trainer that I purchased there. Wonderful customer service!
Just got my new mountain bike trail 6. Thanks to everyone especially Chris for helping find the best deal. The staff is extremely helpful and willing to help the customer find the best fit.
We have purchased bikes elsewhere in the past and were always disappointed. This time we came here since this was to be a primary means of transportation for a family member and they took care of us like one of their own. We were bike novices, but they listened to what we needed it for and set us up, without trying to oversell us. Knowledgable, attentive and friendly staff. Don't be like us--start here, don't end up here.
This truly is a great bike shop..We had a very bad mishaps with my wife's new bike! So we brought the bike in and they fixed it up better than it was new!!! My wife rides her bike daily and they know it, so the bike was repaired faster than I ever excepted!! I highly recommend this bike shop to anyone!! Thanks again!!!
