Stopped in today after a decent ride at Circle B bar reserve that I got rained out on almost 3/4 of the way through my journey and got completely covered in mud as well as the bike. Went in looking for a good cleaner for my Cannondale Catalyst and Stewart recommended Muc-Off so I bought it as well as brushes and some chain lube. Just finished cleaning up and the bike looks better than the day I brought it home! Huge shout out to The Bike Shop of Winter Haven! They got my frame replaced under warranty and back out the door in just 4 days! Fantastic level of service from the entire crew!
Great, modern bike shop with old school charm. Nice selection of bikes, the best mechanics around, and the staff are extremely knowledgeable. They have group rides pretty much every weekend that start at the shop, and after the rides you can sit down to a cup of gourmet coffee at their N+1 coffee bar.
Excellent bike shop with super customer service. We purchased a recumbent trike there and are very pleased with it.
Came into town for Ironman Florida 70.3 and had a few issues with my bike after flying with it. Took the bike to the IM bike tent and they were rude and not helpful. Called The Bike Shop of Winter Haven and they said to bring it over. Staff was so very friendly (even the dog)!! Bike tech was awesome!! I wish I had this bike shop in my hometown!!
Love my new Townie!! I needed a bike that was comfortable for my old knees and the Townie is it! We had purchased another bike, previously, for my better half from The Bike Shop so we returned to see what I could find. Matt and Andrew were very helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Bike Shop to friends. They’re great with service too.
I enjoyed a LIFECHANGING CAPPUCCINO with Stew last week, made with organic milk. Best cup of coffee in Winter Haven.
