Awesome service !! Only shop in Wichita I'll take my bike to.
My wife had a problem with her bike and she called The Bike Shop. They walked her through troubleshooting over the phone with no success. A week later, she called them again and the owners actually stopped by our house on their way home, looked at the bike and resolved the problem. You can't get better customer service than that.
Really like this ma & pa shop. Great service and the knowledge they have. I'll keep going back. Thanks guys!
