Nice place, great project
Super easy rental experience. Staff was very nice and helpful, and it’s a great starting point for a nice bike ride. Would definitely come back!
I went there for a bike repair. After 20 minutes waiting for the previous person to rent a bike, the owner literally skipped me and attended to the next person that came for rental. I understand rentals are way less time-consuming, but even the young man working there apologized for us being skipped.
Helped me with a quick repair for free!
What a treasure! If you love San Francisco. If you love being treated like a person that matters. Take your bike for repair, or rent a bike from this place. Best decision. And very convenient for visiting the Embarcadero.
