Well taken care of by the Bike Hub repair team. Had a derailer cable frayed and they did a great job replacing it. Was a challenge with the Trek bike because the cable runs inside the frame.
Great customer service...listened to what I was looking for and offered various options/suggestions. Test drive 2 and left with a Liv!
Great help in setting up my Terratrike Rover i8 with the accessories I needed and wanted.

They are totally awesome. They helped me and taught me how to fold my trike up, how to use the controls, and made me feel awesome. They fit my trike to me, put on special stuff on pedals so my one foot wouldn't drop off. I would recommend them to everyone. Michelle Nelson
