Purchased my wife a bike in early June and paid $1200-$1300, we have now been in the shop 3 times due to issues with the bike. The last time they had to replace the rear wheel due to issues with the hub however they replaced it with a different wheel compared to what is on the front. So now the bike looks silly with mismatched wheels and the back wheel is very noticeable with bright white writing on it. When I questioned it, I was told "that's what we got from Specialized" and we can't do anything about it. Horrible customer... read more
RecommendedMy sister and I were looking for a bike shop to purchase bikes and decided to try the Bike Hub after a quick google search to locate nearby shops. It was a great choice! The staff were all super friendly and helpful!! We were able to take a test ride. They helped us find a bike rack for our vehicle and they put it on for us too. The staff went above and beyond! This will definitely be my go-to place for all of my biking needs!

Scott and his crew were not only helpful but fair and honest. They got me set up with a bike that will last me for many years and made sure to go through the bike once more before I took it home. Great service, an awesome staff, and very easy transaction. I highly recommend!!
