brought my mountain bike in for repair, took them over a week to "finish" the job. i had the same problem about a year ago and a different shop was able to finish it in less than a day. after picking it up and riding it, the bike still doesnt work properly. didnt have great experiences with them over the phone either.
anyone with a brain would recognize how rude the staff is there

Terrible Customer Service!!! Just went here to buy my son a bicycle. Two times my husband asked the man how much a certain bicycle was and both times he replied “a couple thousand bucks.” I said “what you think we don’t have a couple thousand?” At that point my husband said come on let’s go!! WTFH!!!!! I’m so aggravated I’ll never go here again!!! Just lost a GREAT customer Bc NEWSFLASH I would’ve spent a couple thousand!!! The guy walked away laughing!!

Very friendly and professional we talked about the right bike for what I was going to do riding they just wasn't trying to sell me bike to get my money. Thank you Bike Cave love my new Fuji.
