Disappointing experience to have made an appointment for me and a friend, snagged a sitter for the afternoon, confirmed our appointments the day of, only to have the salon call and cancel THIRTY MINUTES prior to appointment time. When I explained about having a sitter, practically being five minutes away from salon, and it being two appointments - she was going to try to see what could be done and call me back. Actually this place did not deserve even one star. They confirmed an appointment for me Tuesday appointment, April 12 2016. at 12:30. I made this appointment on line. Got to the place on Hughes rd and it was closed permanently. As i do more research, found out where they moved. on line it said that it's closed. My appointment was to be with Terry. I'm very disappointed that i wasn't notified that it's closed today and they MOVED to a different locations. This is a mean way to do business. It's just wrong. I will not consider... read more

Emily saved the day... and my rating! I visited The Big Tease for the first time yesterday. It was my birthday so I decided to treat myself. I was booked with Terry(sp?) for an Olaplex treatment (Olaplex is amazing! If you haven't tried it yet, do!) and a hair cut. From the moment I met Terry, I thought she seemed distracted. Went in.. looking for my usual stylist, Michelle, she wasn't there, as was half the other stylists.. They all have moved on. Took a chance to get the cut and style I wanted... umm, nope didn't happen. Will not be back, and thankfully did find the other stylist. This place is going downhill fast.
