Dealer responded initially in a timely manner, but mainly to say all the items I'd need to bring in to finance a vehicle. When I responded back that i didn't want to finance and wanted to pay cash, I never heard another word from the dealer?
Answered back right away with the answer I needed.
Guy told me ill be approved over the phone with $500 down.when I got there told me I need $1500 .will not go there ever again plus the vehicle had tears and parts not working

This is my 3rd car with The Big Lot and they do excellent business and have a nice selection of vehicles in stock. They have programs for just about every credit situation.
Excellent place to do business with! Chad was my sales person and he did a wonderful job in helping me get into my 2012 Ford Fusion still in bumper to bumper warranty.
This was my 1st car and my salesman Jay went above and beyond the call of duty. He sold me a 2010 Honda Accord and it runs and drives excellent. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a nice and newer Honda.
i bought a car there the next day i heard some noise they said it was nothing but i kept hearing it a month and a half went by the car stopped i had it towed in they told me it was the motor and they would fix it for 1500 dollars i told them about the problem when i bought the car they took the car back didnt give me back my 1000 dollars i put down they fixed the car and resold it and gave me a repo on my credit dont by a car from this ripoff place they are rude the owner is a racist and basically told me to get the f k off ... read more
