I’ve been in the market for a vehicle for a while now, and while I haven’t found anything, Austen Swartz hasn’t stopped looking and letting me know if he finds anything I might like. He’s by far the best salesperson I’ve ever encountered. I’ll be recommending everyone to him.

Very poorly service they always come out with lame excuse or hours change stuff need better training with people skills
About a year ago I had the worst experience. They couldn’t find the car, they made us wait over 45 mins before realizing their boss took it on some trip (more miles same price) THAN they Accused my husband OF STEALING our other car (which we bought at corwin a month before so we had the corwin plates and the license papers on the back of the car window...)worst place, not worth it!
10/10 recommend The Big Lot in Moorhead. One of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car! Austen S. was the most helpful car salesman I’ve ever met! He was so genuine and made sure I was getting the best deal on the lot that fit my needs and budget. Kelly from finance also stayed late just to make sure I could drive my new car off the lot that day. Absolutely amazing! I’ve had my car for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. I will be recommending everyone to this dealership!!

This is about the service department and I hope its okay to post here. I was very impressed with the service department and had a great experience from the phonecall to the actual service on my 2006 suzuki verona. I felt like family coming into this service department. Usually these places are busy and some attitude towards the customer is expected, but not here! I don't live in the area and although booked, they got me in asap to fix my transmission problem.
