We were frequent customers in Hyattsville and were very sad when that shop closed. We finally used the delivery service for the first time this week and could not recommend it more. I placed an online order yesterday, the food arrived today with a text alert about when to expect the driver, in a repurposed box to reduce waste, and with sample treats for our dog. The Big Bad Woof not only provide great options for holistic, grain free and raw feeding products, but offers great service. In addition, I am always grateful that this establishment supports animal rescue and advocacy. I am a big fan and you will be too. Sad that we lost the Hyattsville location but don't mind driving a little further for the sake of my furbabies.
I used to shop here when I lived in Silver Spring, but after moving to Richmond, I still order from them and appreciate the convenience of having my order shipped. You've got a lifelong customer! :)

As a holistic veterinarian for 35 years, I rely strongly on holistically oriented pet stores and the success of the big bad woof shows that more and more people are recognizing that fresh food and no chemical treatments (flea, ticks, house, water, vaccines, etc) result in longer healthier lives for all their family members.
Love Maia at the Hyattsville store.. had a rambunctious 7 month old collie foster that needed a new harness because it ate the old one.. Maia was so calm & professional throughout the fitting process using treats and a soothing manner to keep foster Mia from jumping around. The harness is great.. Mia was happy & Maia provided the best service anyone could want.
The best place for pet-friendly, earth-friendly dog and cat supplies. And they deliver locally!
