I brought in a bike in pieces. Left with a masterpiece. Very easy to reach, in person OR by phone. Friendly staff. Timely and thorough service and repair. I would come all the way up from Tacoma again for this special treatment.
One of the best shops ever! Nice people, quick turnaround times, online booking, and good prices! We live in Kitsap and take our bikes there as it is conveniently located bear the ferry. They have worked on our e-assisted and human powered bikes!
Great mechanics, conveniently located for Seattle bike commuters, and honest. Kia the dog is an added bonus.
