This is my go to bicycle repair shop. Staff and management are incredibly friendly and they always do great work and have helpful suggestions and are a pleasure to deal with. I have often gone in here with something minor and they have repaired it and said don’t worry about it. I see some reviews complaining about inventory but every bike shop is struggling with that during the pandemic.
DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP Left my bike this past summer. Part of hundreds of bikes they have to fix so i understood why they took so long to fix it. 3 months later not only they didnt fix the bike im missing parts!! They said it “broke” while fixing it.. that i had pay $250 to replace the parts they broke.. i lost motivation to try and bike again but next time ill never go there again.. this place is a scam read other reviews says a lot about the place DO NOT GO THIS SHOP
WOW. I'd give them a zero if I could. I came with my son to purchase two bikes. Looked at their website, all that they say 8s that they're in-store purchase local shop. No inventory online. So I called to make sure they're open. The employee said yes, they are open. I show up 30 mins later and the guy didn't even let us in, saying they're supposed to be working in curbside pickup mode. Not much for sale here. Like nothing in stock. Really nothing. Went to Griffin cycle in Bethesda and they had quite a bit in stock and coming in. Found a bike there.
