My family member who was coming here is in the hospital and has been for months. I told them this. They discharged him saying that they have tried to reach out to me several times. I told them that this was not true and that i never received anything from them. The receptionist said that she sent me "text messages". I told her that we would go sonewhere else. She hung up. Very unprofessional. We will not be back. PS i went back and looked at her texts. One from mud-March and two automated texts about forms. So, also dishones... read more
This place is so unorganized. I would not recommend.
The receptionist/front desk worker, im not sure what to call her....but she is amazing. Aces in their places!!!!! She deserves a huge raise for the help she provided my family. She went above and BEYOND what she needed to do. You can tell she really loves her job and helping people.
