I moved into this complex in August, and from the very start it has been a nightmare. Every apartment has issues, but the ones here are beyond what anyone should have to deal with. First it was roaches. Then it was rats. Not a couple, but an infestation. Weeks of living like this, weeks of finding dead rodents in my kitchen.
