They are very rude believe the comments. If you have a voucher from another housing authority they will tell you you need to transfer it before you get on the wait list so if you live further away from boston housing authority and you transfer the voucher they will give you 30 days to find housing when you tell them that, they still tell you, you need to transfer the voucher and that they have a waitlist. Lived here and the team at the building are great. There is also a sense of community which can be hard to come by and large buildings. Highly recommend
