Nicole is a newer manager here and has totally redeemed the way customer service shines at this store. She is a great leader, thinker, kind hearted, funny, AND hard-working, not even thinking before going the extra mile for a customer or for her team. I have seen her at the store about 7 times and every time is a consistently positive experience. I am very glad she is here, as this has not been my experience at this location in the past - but Nicole is making good things shift!
