It’s very sad that businesses today have such poor customer service and work ethic. Nothing is “The Best” about that. It’s even more sad that some businesses don’t care about customer reviews to try and improve. It’s strictly all about themselves and money. I will no longer be a customer of “The Best Nails.” I recently had an appointment scheduled for 7pm before closing and was told “the technician did not want to do my nails and did not have anyone else to do my nails,” which is totally unprofessional and rude. Scammers. They charge extra for normal services like polish removal but don't have it listed in any of their price documents or on their boards. When this was brought to their attention their response was , "oh well". Don't go there
My young daughter and 8 of her friends got a spa pedicure & manicure here. They treated them like princesses. The girls had so much fun and enjoyed being pampered. Thank you Best Nails! I would definitely come back here again.
I come here every couple weeks to get my eye brows waxed and the waxing itself is a good job but three times now they have gotten wax in my hair and have just cut my hair. I realize that mistakes happen and that's ok but if you don't think you can get it out (without cutting my hair) I will deal with it when I leave. Very unimpressed with this facility and the unprofessionalism here.
"Best nails?" I dont think so, the color i requested was wayyyyyyy off, i already broke 2 nails, the polish is not well done, and it already looks like i need a fill, even though i went in a couple days ago :( *i did receive a discount, but i have to live with these nails till my next fill
