Never had an issue with just walking in here to get a pedicure until today. I waited outside since 9:30, came in immediately at opening and was denied because I didn’t have an appointment. So I guess if you plan on coming here I would 100% call ahead or expect to just not be seen. I come here from Stamford because I genuinely enjoy this salon but being turned away and not even have the option to wait was really frustrating and disappointing.
lowkey rude but best nails i’ve ever gotten
Awful!!!!! Omg I just got ripped off 53.18 for a nail trim and a foot wash. Whoever the girl that was doing my pedicure was she clearly didn’t want to be there, she Had an attitude and was trying to get through the next person as quick as possible. Absolutely horrible experience.
