I got married this past weekend and had my hair and makeup done by the Betram Inn Spa. They did a phenomenal job and were amazing!

The staff is amazing, To bad we had a horrible experience we came to celebrate my husbands 50th reunion from Brunnerdale, we needed a handicap room.We got a normal room I asked for a raised toilet none available. Glenmoor is a very unfriendly place for handicap people. Just wish they would have told me that when I called. I even called the day before arriving

The hotels 5 star and also everyone that works there treat you like a king. They go out of their way to make sure you're happy and they even take the time out of their busy schedule could talk to you and ask you if they can help you in any way. What a group of employees you have at your hotel. I've done a lot of traveling and stayed in a lot of hotels but this is the best hotel I ever stayed in that the employees seem to enjoy their job and they go out of there way to make sure you are taken care of and a five-star Manor.

Last week I had my wedding at Glenmoor and all my guests stayed at The Bertram Inn! My husband and I are the only ones from Ohio so it was a destination wedding for all of my guests! The staff at the inn took such good care of everyone and the rooms were beyond what my guests were expecting! Everyone keeps telling me what a great time they had and how staying at the inn made everything just that much more wonderful!!!!
