Been a customer of Val's since Apple days, it only got better after they moved. Even though I have moved out of the valley I still go visit whenever I can.
Beautiful shop! The staff is friendly and helpful. I stopped in to distribute Tucson Quilt Fiesta flyers and Ricky Tims Quilt Luminarium in Tucson materials and had a lovely chat with Val. It is a wonderful place with many Berninas(of course♥️), tons of fabrics and notions, classes and plenty of parking in the back.
I’ve been going to Bernina Connection for YEARS. The staff is so knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and fun! I’ve taken classes, taken my machine in for care and spent hours finding the perfect material and found friends for life. When traveling I always visit other quilt shops — VERY FEW come up to their standards.

Fire the management. Dressing down an employee in front of customers is completely unacceptable.
Just had my 440qe serviced. It is humming along, better than ever. Took it in on Sat n got notified on Tues it was ready. Wow!!!!I'm a happy camper.
