Service is awesome and the majority of their dishes are very appealing and satisfying. Major disappointment was seeing the use of FROZEN fries, seriously? As a swine producer and major foodie I have always been disappointed in the limited number of pork dishes, bacon only goes so far even if it's a food group on it's own. Servers and other staff are awesome but the chef lacks passion for pork, if a place is named after an excellent swine breed then it should be reflected on the menu... I'll be back!
