Maintenance (FRANK) Exceptional! I just wanted to let anyone know who is looking to live here; the Maintenance team in particular FRANK are absolutely incredible. I have lived in many apartment buildings over the last few years, including NYC), and a good Maintenance man is hard to come by. This has led to terrible living experiences in the past, but no more! Love It Just moved in and already am wow'd by the response from the management team. Jason is great to work with and really lets you feel welcomed into the community. Really excited & looking forward to living here, the accommodations are too clutch and every restaurant is just a stone's throw away.
GREAT PLACE TO LIVE! We will be moving out , but before we leave, we wanted to say THANK YOU to Lauren and Jason for being so kind and always willing to make our stay here amazing. Also say thank to Jairo from maintenance as every time he comes to fix things he does a great job and is very Curtious and kind with our baby doughter. The community you have built in the building has made us feel like home. And in my Personal case, I’ve made VERY SPECIAL FRIENDS through the moms group.
Beautiful apartments with amazing management I stayed at Quincy Loft for the last year and absolutely loved everything about it, from the neighborhood, to the management, to the apartment itself.I had a south-facing 1-bedroom with a balcony, and it was perfect. Amazing living experience My fiance and I have lived here for a few months now. The staff were so welcoming when we first arrived and have been super friendly and helpful ever since. The building is amazing and really well maintained. It has a great gym with brand new equipment and an amazing lobby space with coffee machine, retro gaming tables (Pacman, Space Invaders, Donkey Kong etc), shuffle board and pool table.
