Ok I have been here a little over a year and the experience has been ok. However, the current property Manager is not that friendly. I will say the maintenance staff is prompt and relatively nice. They will nickel and dime you to get extra money from you. Now you have to obtain apartment insurance through their company where before you could purchase your own. If you are looking for a great apartment in Greenville look no further! Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure your happy. My son lives here and we’ve rented several units for our employees and we couldn’t be happier. Caitlin and Randy are the BEST! Thank you to the entire team for such great service.
This review is for one of the maintenance men, Randy. I had a bug problem in my apartment and he went beyond his normal duties to help me clear them out. I don't know what I would have done without him! Highly recommend.
It's not worth what they are asking... This complex could be a lot worse but it isn't as great as they make it out to be either. It isn't worth the $$$ they are asking for rent. I've lived in more expensive markets on the west coast and had much nicer apartments for what they are asking here. I would give it a solid 3.5 stars if it was an option. Recommend living here! We enjoyed living here and actually kinda miss it! Lived here for a year and no issues with apartment and management. Everyone was super friendly and so accommodating. Only reason we moved is that we needed a bigger space to accommodate our growing family. Even told them if they ever build 3 bedrooms apartments, we will be back for sure!
