Beautiful building plagued by terrible management. The location is great. The apartments are mostly nice, but be warned the walls are very thin. Noise travels. Management is the biggest issue. They are unresponsive and not focused on providing a great tenant experience. They are more focused on throwing rooftop events for their friends’ businesses. Has taken months to get requests moving. The one star is primarily earned because of the location. The property is centrally located downtown and within walking distance of many restaurants, entertainment options, and local attractions. Unfortunately, the positives largely end there. For a property marketed as luxury living, the management and operational issues have been disappointing.
