Great location above all else but the management is absolutely awful. Getting in touch with them is practically impossible. Fire alarm went off 4 times in the last 3 months in the middle of the night anywhere from 11pm-4am and not one email or text message has been sent to inform us of the issue. Someone’s parked in your reserved spot, well good luck getting them towed because the tow company needs “management approval” before they can remove the vehicle. Better than the last place I lived, but still not without stupid problems. You don’t get to choose your own internet provider, you’re stuck with Metronet, which SUCKS. So when it’s having issues the entire building has no WiFi. Also, you have the option of assigned parking, but jerks who come downtown for events will park in your spot. There is no number to call for towing, I reached out to management and never got a response. So we’re just supposed to let someone park in our paid spots? Totally ridiculous!
Lived there for three years and had a very positive experience. Great downtown location, the security gave me peace of mind, and a comfortable place to live. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to live downtown.
Not a beer drinker. Would have been 5 stars if they had hard alcohol.
