Super charming building, very safe and clean. Such a great location downtown and the apartments are just stunning. The brick and high ceilings give so much charm and character. Bailey was extremely helpful on the phone- thank you!
If safety and cleanliness are important to you, this is the place to be. The building is secure, with keycard access required for both entry and your specific floor. Everything is always clean, and the neighbors are friendly. The appliances are brand new, stainless steel, and there’s even a washer/dryer combo right in my unit. Myranda, the property manager, and Bailey, the leasing manager, are always so friendly and personable — they really make you feel at home.
