I had to clown on the office lady in order to assure that no one would be overcharged. And you want to outright say it did not affect who already paid. If it didn’t affect anyone, it would not be an issue. Don’t overshadow a person who never, ever paid any rent late & the one time I did, you then overcharged me. As if I was just a black girl in a raggedy apartment in Hoover. I’m a certified music educator in the city of Birmingham. You played yourself.

Run 🏃♀️ do NOT RENT ANY APARTMENT HERE.....there is a SEVERE “ROACH INFESTATION” issue....TRINITY PROPERTY CONSULTANTS, the owners, as well as there Regional Manager: Carrie Williams “KNOW” about the ROACH INFESTATIONS BUT REFUSE TO LET YOU MOVE OR GET OUT OF YOUR LEASE....they want you to be “patient” and let them spray and spray and spray!!!! My God I wish I had known....I’m paying $975 monthly for a ROACH BOX apartment and fighting ROACHES and MANAGEMENT DAILY.....I’m living in HELL and no one cares!

The Manager Terri is nice. Since I moved in it had been constant problems, but it was mostly dealing with the past maintenance staff saying they fixed something and didn't or patch it up instead of fixing the problem(s). I have had so many problems and still have some that need attention. I love the new appliances. The main problems are the water doesn't stay hot for a good two minutes, and when I received my form stating I would be paying one price, then you receive a bill for water, garage, etc you are faced with an exuber... read more
