We love the team at Jackson Smiles. They call you by name when you walk through the door and treat each patient with respect. A few months after I moved to Jackson I woke up at 3am with a horrible tooth ache. After searching area dentists online, I saw good reviews for Jackson Smiles so I gave them a call when they opened. Never had a bad experience. Staff and doctor are very professional but friendly! Always giving you the heads up to a problem that might occur and always taking the less aggressive aproach when it warrants.
Your schedule time is actually your treatment time. Imagine that! Everyone was upbeat and helpful.
Wow,where do i begin! I have to say all my anxiety, and panic that arises when i go to the dentist is something horrible. When i came here the staff, Dentist, and environment help me become relaxed. I went in and had xrays, and 2 teeth pulled that went very well, from the beginning till the end. Thanks so much Dr. Patel and Staff for a job well done for this anxiety, and panic having patient. 😁👏🤝🦷
I have just finished having a bridge placed and because of the fragility of a temporary, I had to stop in a few extra times for maintenance. Every time, the girls at the front desk were certain to get me in and Lauren, my tech, made sure I left in total comfort. Dr. Watson did a good job and Dr Mani finished up with final placement and lots of great chair side humor!
All went well and I was pleased with the dental hygenist and dentist.
I arrived to the appointment a little nervous but determined not to hurt another day. Pleasant greetings from staff assisted me to feel comfortable. Sat in the chair and Dr Pateloon came in with greeting and reassuring words. He took the time to apply something so the shots to numb the jaw DID NOT HURT. I have MAJOR dental anxiety and a lot of work to be done. The dental hygienist (Brandy) was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Dr. Patel was very professional, Nice and made me feel so relieved in assuring me we can get my mouth healthy! I would recommend this office to anyone who asked!!
