My initial appointment went amazingly well! The front desk personnel were cheerful and helpful, and as soon as I finished the minimal paperwork required as a new client, I was immediately taken to a room. The gentleman (Frank) who took my history and did my x-rays was friendly, caring and conversational and put me at ease. Dr. Bachour was amazing!! Dr. Cates and his staff are very warm and friendly. He provides excellent dentistry services. He will be my dentist till I die!
Very caring staff
Dr. Bachour is a friendly and concerned doctor who is very knowledgeable. And I just love my dental hygienist, Pam! She is very gentle yet extremely thorough in her cleanings. Also very enjoyable to be around. Entire office is friendly and makes you feel at home.
