My 3.5 years at the complex were GREAT. I actually went through management and staff changes but they made sure that everything was great. There were not many maintenance issues while I lived there but the few I had were handled ASAP. In terms of bugs, I was there 3.5 years and, in that time, I may have seen maybe 5 bugs in my APT and when I reported it, they were quick to send the exterminators. I lived in the complex for a year. The experience was horrible. Specifically because of the A/C issue. They turn on the A/C for a few months during the summer and even then, the A/C did not work. I had to purchase my own A/C. I was not reimbursed. I went many days with temperatures in the apartment being over 80 degrees. Cars were getting broken into.
I currently live in this apartment, I’ve only been there three months. This morning I went into the garage to go to my car and saw my car window smashed. I was so pissed! It’s not ok! Cameras need to be installed in the garage! How can someone live in an apartment that they say is secure and people are breaking into your car. At this point I don’t feel safe. Cameras need to be installed in the garage. I’m paying my rent to live and feel comfortable.
New supervisor took care of a leak I had in my unit. Very professional
