Unfortunately, my experience with management at Bennington has been very disappointing. Responses to maintenance requests take far too long, and when solutions are finally provided, they are minimal and not in good faith. The most concerning issue was repeated water leakage from my neighbor’s toilet into my apartment carpet — which is clearly unsanitary. During the first incident, management simply brought in a fan to dry the carpet and incorrectly told us the water had come from a washing machine. Only after the second leak... read more

My 3.5 years at the complex were GREAT. I actually went through management and staff changes but they made sure that everything was great. There were not many maintenance issues while I lived there but the few I had were handled ASAP. In terms of bugs, I was there 3.5 years and, in that time, I may have seen maybe 5 bugs in my APT and when I reported it, they were quick to send the exterminators. I lived in the complex for a year. The experience was horrible. Specifically because of the A/C issue. They turn on the A/C for a few months during the summer and even then, the A/C did not work. I had to purchase my own A/C. I was not reimbursed. I went many days with temperatures in the apartment being over 80 degrees. Cars were getting broken into.
