So disappointed I've been at this property for 2 years and since the management switch it's horrible the elevator is always broken, the garbage isn't always picked up, and if the work order isn't urgent I guess it won't get done. I'm so ready to move

Terrible Property Management - Peagus I would never recommend this property, especially for the price. You could get something much better. There is trash in the garage that has been sitting there for the past couple of months. They don’t clean the hallways. There is a huge dumpster sitting on the property that causes gnats to seep into your apartment. Not to mention, there is a refrigerator that has been sitting next to the dumpster for an entire week. Not Worth the Hassle to Move Here The property manager and her communication is terrible. I have been having issues with the apartment since they have owed me a reimbursement that I have not gotten even after moving out. I t has been 4 months since moving and I am still having issues with the property manager responding to messages and getting things done.

Not what was expected Apartment looks like it’s been unoccupied for a while. It’s not what was expected being that they show you a renovated apartment with no carpet. Cabinets falling apart along with countertops peeling. I should have considered another complex. Ladies in the office are very nice and professional though.

Best Place I Have Lived! I cannot say enough about the amazing experience I have had here at Hawthorn Apartments. Phenomenal staff, maintenance team, neighbors, and beautiful units! I couldn’t be more pleased to be part of the Hawthorn community! I was truly taken back by the warm welcome that I received upon moving in, and it was truly a breath of fresh air. Couldn't ask for a better place to live We've been here for just over 2 years now and besides the beautiful pet-friendly apartment, in-unit laundry, complex amenities, and neighborhood ... we have been SO impressed with the speed at which and professionalism with which the Hawthorn Club team (Laura, Rich, Fred, and others!) responds to maintenance requests. Good luck you’re on your OWN This apartment complex is pretty on the outside but useless after hours. I’ve had my AC break down in the middle of the summer and no one came to fix it even though they claim to have maintenance on sight 24/7. Then, on a cold night, I locked myself out of my apartment and they claimed they “don’t assist with lockouts after hours” leaving me out in 50° weather to figure it out. So if you move here: know once you sign those papers, and if anything happens, YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN. SAD.
