Absolutely do not rent here This place is a mess. Ever since Pegasus took over it went from a nice upscale community to pure trash. The office staff is unprofessional, out of their depth , do not know basic laws regarding renters rights . They do not answer calls or emails but send lots of threatening emails. The dumpster is always broken forcing residents to put their trash outside of dumpster with the threat of fees from management . We pay for the compactor every month so it should work. . Awful Ownership. Awful Management Poor management, and nothing but money hungry ownership. Trash is consistently overflowing and the office sends out regular emails blaming tenants instead of fixing the issue. Pool is often closed, and again management sends emails that are blaming the community instead of being proactive. Sought guidance from the office because we admittedly missed our deadline to provide notice to vacate but they were less than helpful in providing us good information so we could make a well informed decis... read more

Awful community and office staff is not present No one would point me in the direction of the leasing office, they never answer my calls, when I went to apply for a unit the supervisor and “some other people” are gone. I was unable to even sign a lease here, let alone will I ever even bother trying to contact the leasing office.

STAY AWAY TONS of roaches and criminal activity. NO help from the leasing office, my property has been damaged 5 times by the criminals in the parking lot and the leasing office does not care. STAY AWAY 0/5 stars.

Awful Current resident. Lived here many years. Dirty premesis, very poor management, no special amenities, pool is often closed, maintenance workers unskilled, office sends out snarky emails to residents often.

Going Downhill Resident 2020-2023 This place has gone down hill. Management refuses to return phone calls and the front desk will always "be back in 10 minutes". Maintenance is understaffed and overworked. This place is the definition of corporate capitalism. Rent has gone up on average by about $250 / year since I moved in. Don't waste your time with this place, they rely on location and then provide minimal service. Terrible management Management is disorganized and unfriendly. They will often send out passive aggressive emails to the community, and make no effort to get to know their tenants. The apartments themselves are fine, but can have bug problems. Management does very little to maintain the property - that beautiful lake pictured on their website was left drained and overgrown with weeds for over half a year.

Be careful The apartment layouts and grounds are good. A month after I moved in I started noticing that they have a bug problem here. Started seeing cockroaches here and there in my apartment. Also got confirmation from another resident that they were having the same problem. For the price we pay we shouldn't be having these type of problems here. Especially with an additional pest control fee.

Maintenance Team at The Belvedere The Maintenance Team (James, Mike & Matt) at The Belvedere are the best. Quick response to service calls and are always courteous. The grounds are kept clean and can always see them riding around the complex in their golf carts giving a wave and a smile as they pass.
