Very poor service! I had a maintence emergency and called the answering service...hours later no help...the service told me no one in the office/maintance dept. is answering their calls! This place has gone downhill and it’s not the way Fein runs things.
UPDATE: The new management team is horrible. The new manager is extremely rude and not personable at all. Its almost as if she's there to change everyones living experience. There is another new lady in the office as well, she isn't nice either. I use to love going to the leasing office when visiting my Grandson but now its very unpleasant. I hope things get better. Belmont is a good place to stay, however, the residents are extremely dirty. The liter the trash dumpster area, don’t clean up after their pets, have kids running around without looking out for them! The staff are amazing people and they assist with requests and complaints as fast as possible!
I like it, I should’ve taken upstairs but I do like it here neighbors tines to keep to themselves and staff are nice
