I am a classically trained chef and normally it's very hard for me to go out to eat, The chef & crew at bellows does very good, everything we had was good and creative. I had the pork chop two others had the flat iron steak one had the cauliflower steak and one had the burger. for the dessert it was a tossup between the banana bread fritters and the nutella brownie.
Prawns and grits/polenta are arguably the best dish on the menu, followed very closely by the pork chop. Both a bit pricey but the quality/value x money is definitely there. Also their assortment of imported cold cuts and cheese is noteworthy. For a quick delicious lunch sandwich do not miss the Moffaletta. When in North County pay a visit and you will not be disappointed. This is definitely my wife's and I favorite restaurant.
Shout out to everyone at The Bellows. Arranged for a group of about 15 of us and they totally took care of us with amazing service and fabulous food. Our waitress, Laken, and bar manager were completely prepared for us and even helped judge our little costume contest! BEST of all were the bottomless mimosas with fresh squeezed OJ for $14.99!! Absolutely delicious. You must check them out for brunch or even dinner.

One of my favorite places to go! They offer happy hour that offers their delicious flat bread for $10... Moscow mules are $6 but if you want to try something new and refreshing...the new York whiskey sour on happy hour is $7. Yummy food, great service! Great place for happy hour in a centrally located area if you live in San Marco /San Elijo area.
Great place.............good food, good wine, good service. Great place to go after work for a little happy hour with friends.
