For a soft opening weekend, it was an amazing experience tonight! Our server, Whitney, was very knowledgeable, and the waitstaff in general so professional and friendly. My husband had the Bellows Burger, and I enjoyed the duck confit w/dandelion greens. Our starter of Brussels sprouts w/caramelized bacon was delicious! We will definitely be back!
