The staff is beyond helpful and very understanding. I feel very safe here and would recommend to anyone! I love that I can live with my best friend and my little fur baby!
I have lived at the Bellamy for 3 years. It has been very overpriced since the beginning and definitely not worth it. The management and staff are very rude to the residents and are constantly finding ways to add overcharges to our accounts for reasons that don't make sense. I regret giving them 3 years of rent to people that don't actually care about the residents or their safety. I would never recommend the Bellamy to anyone. Definitely stay away.
I recently visited my future roommate at the Bellamy and I absolutely loved it. I got to see where I am living this coming August and I couldn't be more thrilled to move in. The staff is so nice and friendly, the pool is amazing, and I'm glad I signed here for my sophomore year of college!!
Wish I could have given less than 1 star. I've lived here for two years and watched it go rapidly downhill. I have had awful experiences with the management (even when they changed management), and living here has truly made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Every college resident agrees with this and is not living here again. Also, it is falsely advertised as "college living" when that is not the case.
