If I could give the Bellamy 0 stars, I would. If you want to pay WAY too much for rent, then this is your place to live. They constantly find some way to add extra charges to your rent for absolutely no reason. The internet is bad, and the management is awful. During all of the COVID pandemic, we reached out and asked if there was some way my family could get out of the lease because it was way too much in a time of financial hardship and they were completely UNHELPFUL in times like this. I have loved living here at the Bellamy! I moved here in August and have loved being a Bellamy resident. If there is ever a problem it is dealt with right away and with a smile! I feel very safe living here and it is only a short walk to campus! I would highly recommend living here! Great prices considering the awesome amenities that are provided!
I have lived here for a year, and I love the staff, and the property. The maintenance is wonderful! They are always on the ball, and they are so friendly. Whenever I have had any kind of issue, the staff has been really nice about working fairly with me. I will be continuing to live here till I graduate.
