I was charged with several crimes that I did not commit; however, I was certainly in the wrong place at the wrong time. The state was offering me a relatively decent plea, but Mr. Bell recognized that particular agreement would hurt me, so he went to fight for me with the state and got a much better resolution than was on the table. If you want an attorney that will fight for you, I would definitely recommend Mr. Bell.

My son was charged with several crimes he did not commit and his attorney could not get his case resolved. So, we hired Mr. Bell to get his case moving and to get a resolution. However, the DA on the case refused to negotiate or discuss the case, so Mr. Bell set it for a preliminary hearing. As a result, all of the charges against my son were dismissed at General Sessions Court, saving us a lot of time and additional money.

I retained Mr. Bell to represent me in a case that was unfounded and, ultimately, extended much longer than expected due to my spouse’s efforts to use the court system to attack me. I had a great experience with Mr.bell I was gonna loose my CDL A because of a suspended license up to a 1year for a misdemeanor if convicted, not only that I was looking at getting arrested and having to bond out when ever I show up to court and to make my situation worst I am from McAllen Texas over 1,000miles away and they could of brought me to court every week if they wanted me to get arrested. I helped a friend retain Justin Bell to represent them when they were charged with assault and a violation of probation. Mr. Bell was able to resolve the case and negotiate a much better resolution than what the state originally offered. We were very impressed with how Justin handled the case from start to finish.
