I would not suggest living here. I went to deliver food for a resident and the staff was very rude to me. Even asked if I wanted to stay there... It's a senior community and I'm far from being a senior... Extremely RUDE!!!
We looked at several places before deciding on the Belcaro. One of the best moves we made since coming to Colorado. The management and maintenance team are great. They work to make your stay comfortable and safe. The building and apartments are clean and well kept. The privet park and pavilion next to the residence is a bonus feature. Lots of activities to choose from. We’ve been here and plan to stay.
Just met the manager, Bill when I stopped in for a tour today. His enthusiasm and positive attitude was uplifting. Loved his stories and it made me want to give a review (which I hardly ever do) ....5 stars!
I just popped in to check out these apartments and met Bill Morris, their community manager. I was so impressed. He was welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. Awesome visit!
Bill is a great manager. For one he is available almost all the time, you can sit on the office, explain any concerned to him and he is always there to try to help with any situation, for all those past administrator that had been throughout this apartments. Bill and Tony had make the big difference and the best for this community. Thanks
