I stayed one night in the room, and when I woke up there was a HUGE cockroach crawling in the shower. I was coming from another Hilton hotel in the area (DoubleTree in El Segundo) where I had a horrible experience, so this is definitely souring the trust I have in Hilton to provide clean and comfortable places to stay when traveling for work or vacation. Hotel is quiet, the rooms are nice. The sense to charge for everything and anything is what you figure out during the stay. $40 a day to park the car while velvet has to get the car for you. Coffee in the room does come with all needed so you grab one from the restaurant and get charged $6. You’re better going to Starbucks in the morning. Restaurant is nice but pricing is boutique NYC style and can see why is it mostly empty without customers. Two simple drinks $34 with tip. Area and location do not warrant the prices.
