Excellent location, close to shopping, restaurants, LAX, the beach, and more. Staff is extremely friendly. Wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars! Also, I love the quirky vintage art in the hallways!
Jeryl, the night guy is great. I asked for a late checkout as a diamond member and mentioned that I don’t want anyone to wake me up until checkout. I think he wrote down the note seriously and no one wake me up on the other day. Im appreciated about that
Great location. Could use an update but still a great place to stay. Rooms are always clean and staff is friendly/helpful.
