The intake process was more laborious than I thought it’d be - no one showed up to my first intake appointment and we had to reschedule a week later. Following, I feel like i had to remind them to send in my paperwork after a meeting, post-lining the start of my therapy by two weeks. When I finally got a therapist, she was often pre-occupied with other things - in the car with none of her notes on me, with another person, or in bed. Dr. Briana is an excellent therapist! I am very pleased with my daughter’s progress under her direction. She is very patient, transparent, and flexible to work with. I highly recommend her!
This was my third attempt at therapy and it one of my better experiences! Jasmain was pleasant and compassionate. This was this first time I never felt judged during my sessions.
