Jamie and his team worked with us to quickly lock in lower rates during a dip right before our buy down expired. Easy as can be with remote notary, Docusign etc. and his team communicated everything well in advance which helped with my non communicative HOA so I was able to still get all docs on time and save us hundreds a month.
