Karla is super nice and has excellent customer service
Karla is an amazing and talented waxer, she’s the only one I will go to! She always makes sure I’m comfortable and she’s fast and efficient making waxing virtually painless.
Booked 2 appointments for my partner and I. Paid for parking, arrived early and waited 15 minutes after appointment time. Nobody answered the door or the phone. Will not go back.

I've been going to Karla for six years now, and she is without a doubt the best waxing professional in Toronto. Her Brazilian waxes are incredibly quick and consistently amazing. Honestly, I rarely ever see any stray hairs left behind like I’ve experienced at other places. She's truly so good at what she does. On top of that, Karla is so friendly and easy to talk to. I always leave my appointment with a smile on my face. Highly recommend!!
