I’ve been a loyal client here for years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I called on Wednesday to book a lash fill for Saturday morning. They missed my call but texted me back, and we arranged and confirmed a 10AM appointment for Saturday. Avoid this place at all costs. Very unprofessional. Had an appointment booked. Drove over 2.5hrs to get there, just for them to tell me the tech wasn’t there, and no one was available to do the service. They knew I was coming from a far distance and never cared to inform me prior to me arriving. I requested the owner contact me multiple times. Was ignored repeatedly. I took the LLR VIP class and it was absolutely amazing. Uli is hands down one of the most knowledgeable experts in lash lifts. Even with many years of experience, I learned so much. She gives honest, direct feedback—the kind that actually makes you a better artist, not just comfortable. I absolutely loved Lash Lift Revolution 3.0 VIP! It’s by far the most detailed course I’ve ever taken. Uli explains everything with so much clarity and detail that it makes every step easy to understand and follow. I’ve been following her for a while and absolutely love her content and all the free tips she shares. This course is worth every penny. I’m so happy I got it! LLR3.0 is honestly a game changer for me. Before taking it, I really lack of confidence in doing lash lifts and was always unsure how the curl would turn out until the very end of the service. The course is very clear, detailed, and easy to understand. Everything is explained step by step, and it really helped me feel more confident and in control during the service. I truly learned so much and feel much more comfortable doing lash lifts now. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to deep dive into lash lift knowledge.
