Mariela is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. She walked me through the entire process and gave me her honest, professional opinion. I absolutely love how natural my lips look and feel!

This place is beautiful and very clean. Mariela greeted me when I came in,offered me something to drink and made me feel comfortable. It was my first time getting Botox, Mariela thoroughly explained the procedure and what to expect. Prices were very affordable and reasonable. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely be returning.
This was my first time at the beauty factory and i was highly disappointed. The service provider that took me did not even tell me her name and I realized it was probably because that was not the original girl I was supposed to see as someone by a different name called me to confirm and said i would be seeing her. The "hydrodermabrasion" poured freezing cold liquid into my nose, ears,eyes, and down the back of my neck.
