Great energy and thorough in extractions. The lymphatic drainage is also a big bonus. Fathima and Naomi are both wonderful.
Had a wonderful experience with Tara. She corrected a previous lash lift/tint I had gotten previously. She has an ease and makes sure you are happy with the result. Will definitely be going back to get my brows done 😊
I am very disappointed. I have been here before and actually it’s good but the customer service is very disappointing. I booked this appointment after being put on a waitlist shortly after I was offered a booking. I booked paid the deposit and even messaged hours before the appointment via instagram and text asking if it can be pushed. No response after getting there 10 MINUTES BEFORE my appointment time i was waiting at the door because the building is locked and you need a buzzer code. Had a lash lift and tint done here, and Tara did an AMAZING job. Not only does she take the time to explain every step to ensure you're comfortable, she takes time to listen to any concerns you may have and gives honest feedback and recommendations based on your personal preferences. I've never been a huge fan of these types of services, but maybe I just haven't found the right fit until now. I'm now a regular here and super happy with both the result and the kindness of the beauty techs.
