If I could give the salon 0 stars. I would give this salon 0 stars. I was charged extra for product that I did not receive. I simply asked for a refund of my money and make it right with me. 2 weeks later, the same person on the phone said to me. Oh I looked at your receipt. And you're gonna have to pay that. She justified lying and stealing money. When I called this person out for lying about what the receipt said and that I would contact corporate, and that I would be getting my money back. I went in to the salon with my hair down to my chest. I showed inspo pics of shoulder length hair. When I was turned around at the end of my hair cut, by hair is at my chin, way above my shoulders. I commented how short it was and the hair dresser said “well, I like it” and sent me home.
