We are new to Cleveland and wanted to remodel my parents bathroom. Chris and Claire brought so much knowledge to the project, they made all of the key decisions as easy as possible. It was so meaningful to us as, as two very busy people and made the entire process so much easier. The quality of the work, the design support and the staff are all best in class. You will get what you pay for when you select this company. And they are lovely people to work with.

We hired the Beard Group to do a complete rebuild of our basement. We were fine with waiting 4 months to begin for their designer to return from maternity leave. When her charges far outstripped the estimate, Chris honored the estimate. However, it became clear that they did not want the project. Despite the fact that the design plan and materials had not changed, the job was requoted at 40% more than the original estimate. We contracted with the Beard Group for our kitchen (and beyond) remodel in our century-old home in the historical area of Cleveland Heights. This was a big project, as the entire kitchen, floor to ceiling had to be torn down and rebuilt. The project lasted 9 months, but their presence in our home was never a nuisance, other than the fact that we were out of a kitchen for that period of time. We hired The Beard Group to remodel our master bathroom. We found the whole organization to be very professional from our first meeting with the owner Chris, our designer, Claire and all of the workmen who were involved in the project. Claire's design including the special finishes, specialty tile accents, and assisting in selecting the fixtures made our wish for a "spa-like bathroom" come true. The Beard Group renovated the master bathroom in our 1917 traditional home. This involved taking everything down to the studs, removing some interior walls and replacing an entrance to another bedroom with a wall. From the beginning, they listened to our ideas and and were respectful of our budget. Working with the designer was a pleasure as she provided great recommendations for walls, floors and window treatments. This review covers two projects, the first in 2014 and the second in 2015. 1)Totally new bathroom, including demolition of old walls, floor, ceiling, and removal of old fixtures at the beginning.
