Ok so I don't usually write these things but hey, what the hell why not. First of all, when I arrived there were only two people in front of me, yet I ended up waiting a grand total of 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. Second of all, I ordered two drinks, one of which was supposed to be free, which the barista should have noticed when I handed her my punch card because isn't that the point? Well she still ended up charging me full price and proceeded to tell me she didn't even look at the punch card and threw me some attitude ... read more
